Jenni Catron is a writer, speaker, and leadership expert whose passion is to equip leaders to lead with clarity and confidence.
After traveling the globe marketing, branding, and promoting top Christian music artists for EMI Music, Jenni became executive director for Cross Point Church in Nashville, TN, one of the largest and fastest growing churches in the country. In this position she led the organization through growth from one to five locations as attendance grew from 500 to more than 6,000 members.
In 2016 Jenni launched The 4Sight Group, where she consults with individuals and teams on leadership and organizational health. She speaks at conferences nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently. Jenni is the author of several books including Clout: Discover and Unleash Your God-Given Influence and The 4 Dimensions of Extraordinary Leadership.
